Customers who wish to return any product must initiate the process by submitting a notice of return through our website within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the original delivery charges paid by the customer will not be refunded. If the customer has chosen to collect the order, the return shipping must be done at their own cost. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect the product for damages or discrepancies. Massage Warehouse reserves the right to charge reasonable and appropriate surcharges or handling fees if the returned product is not in good condition or missing components.

It is important to return the product in its original packaging, as items returned without proper packaging materials may be subject to a deduction of up to 15% of the purchase price as a reasonable surcharge.

The outcome of the return request will be determined based on the notice of return form submitted by the customer. Our product availability is subject to change, and in the event that a product is unavailable, the customer will be fully refunded within 30 days, subject to approval.

Refunds will take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, and only after the return has met the criteria for a refund. If Massage Warehouse has determined any deductions or surcharges to be applied, the customer will be notified, and only after agreement on the final refund amount has been reached will the refund be processed for payment.
